Innovation City Belfast, a new partnership formed by six of the city's key institutions to establish Belfast City Council as a globally significant destination for innovation, has been formalised! BABLE is thrilled to see our collaborative work (in partnership with the Eindhoven International Project Office) with Belfast being realised, and is excited to see Belfast become a global destination for innovation!

An 'Innovation District', made up of small and medium businesses borne out of university research, will also be created, from Queen's Island to York Street, along with a 'Smart District' in the city centre, where new technologies can be developed, tested and used to tackle challenges caused by the pandemic, climate change and more."
