To provide our services effectively and improve your experience, we collect and use your personal data. As a responsible company. we are strongly committed to protecting your privacy.
This privacy policy explains how our organization uses this personal data we collect from you when you use our website and services and also covers the personal data you share with us for business purposes. 2.2 Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This includes: information such as your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, device type, ID for listing, geo-location information and other diagnostic data.
Mobile Device: When you access the Service by or through a mobile Device, we collect certain information automatically. This includes, but is not limited to: the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, geo-location information, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Browser Data: We also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device. This includes: computer and connection information such as statistics on your page views, traffic to and from the sites, referral URL, ad data, and your IP address.

If you provide us with access to any site with video content, then you agree that we may share your video with, or obtain information about your video from third-party social media sites for at least two years or until you withdraw consent. You control the personal information you allow us to have access to through the privacy settings on the applicable social media site and the permissions you give us when you grant us access to your personal information retained by the respective social media site about you.

3.1 Recruiting
Personal data within the recruitment process will be used for the assessment of the candidate’s application and, if an employment relationship is established, also for the execution of the employment relationship. We retain application data for a period of 6 months after you have applied. This is necessary for the burden of proof in the event of a legal claim based on the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). We further retain the personal data in that period in case there is a relevant job offering which will be fitting for the candidate. The candidate can request the deletion of their personal data or the withdrawal of their application at any time by contacting the BABLE employee they have sent the application to.
4. Who do we share your data with?
We may disclose your personal information to employees of our company or to third party Service Providers. We do this to provide you access to our Services; to comply with our legal obligations; to enforce our Terms and Conditions; to facilitate our marketing and advertising activities; to prevent, detect, mitigate or to investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to our Service. We minimise the amount of personal information we disclose to what is directly relevant and necessary to accomplish the specified purpose. 4.3 Law enforcement, legal proceedings, and as authorized by law

4.4 Change of Ownership
If we were to merge with, be acquired by another company, have a change in our ownership structure, type legal entity or settle legally in a different country, we may share information with the involved stakeholders in accordance with our global privacy standards. Should such an event occur, we will require that the new (combined) entity follow this Privacy Notice with respect to your personal information. If your personal information is collected, used, disclosed, or retained for any purposes not covered in this Privacy Notice, you will receive prior notification of the processing of your personal information for the new purposes.
5. How do we store Your data?
We store your personal data in secure and dedicated servers in Germany.
In addition, your data is stored in the servers of our Service Providers including but not limited to: MailChimp, Hubspot, Slack and Microsoft.
6. How long do we keep your data?
The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes or enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods. Log files are stored for a period of two weeks, whereas google analytics stores usage data for a period of 14 months.
After it is no longer necessary for us to retain your personal information, we dispose of it in a secure manner.
Once you make a public posting, you may not be able to change or remove it. Upon your request, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable national laws.
7. How is your data secured?
The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We protect your information using technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our data centre, and information access authorisation controls. In case of a possible leak of data, our data processor and site administrator will notify us immediately after discovering or becoming aware of any such incident. Following the report of the incident, we will carry out an assessment with our contractors and partners to identify corresponding measures We will inform you about the situation, the gravity of the situation and the solution as soon as possible.
