The "Place of Change" brand, marked by uniformly designed signs, aims to increase awareness, particularly for private and often small-scale initiatives, and to encourage others to emulate these practices. In the triad of public administration, businesses, and private individuals, the private sector is now the leading contributor to greenhouse gas emissions. Unlike the public and corporate sectors, which can leverage regulatory measures to induce change, the private sector relies more heavily on persuasive efforts. The "Places of Change" initiative serves as a best practice example in this regard.
