The City Council of Torrelodones, in the Community of Madrid, has announced that it will allocate 165,486.33 euros to its digital transformation project focused on improving public services and consisting of two actions financed by funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan: an interoperable platform for efficient processing and the development of integration with basic digital administration services.

    • With the implementation of the new 100% interoperable platform, processing and resolution times for administrative procedures will be reduced, and the levels of security, efficiency and effectiveness of internal processing processes will be improved.
