Madrid, Spain

The Community of Madrid is launching the TechPeopleCare training project to address the digital divide in rural areas. This initiative, lasting two years, targets residents, particularly older individuals, in municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants. It will be implemented in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) and has an investment of over 1.2 million euros from Next-Generation-EU funds managed by the General Directorate of Territorial Rebalancing.
