End users (building tenants and operators) communicate with AI to fulfil their requests and wishes (e.g. dim the lights, submit maintenance requests), receive required information from the building (e.g. temperature on the building floor, level of humidity in the office), and manage the daily workflow (e.g. find out when a meeting room is available to schedule a meeting).
