Challenge / Goal

In view of the high volume of visitors to the park, the need arose to implement alternatives to the traditional means of purchasing tickets and entering the enclosure. With the support of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, the park was able to combine history with materials and technological resources for an improved experience for park visitors.

Solution

The main functionality of this EXOZ model is the acquisition of tickets and its components include: 22'' touchscreen display, ATM card payment system, contactless card reader, RFID reader, printers for issuing tickets and receipts.

The advantages of the EXOZ self-service kiosks include the autonomy they provide to park visitors, allowing them to purchase tickets independently, the differentiation and flexibility of controlling entrances to the park and reducing both the waiting time and the service itself.

The kiosk can adapt to different needs and projects as its functions are versatile.
