EV charging infrastructure in Nottingham
A new charging depot with 12 charges has been implemented at a local Park and Ride site to charge 13 new BYD buses . These buses will be deployed on the Centrelink and Ecolink bus routes and operate along the city's new ULEV (Ultra Low Emssion Vehicles) shared lane which when completed in March 2018 will provide bus priority for both electric and biomethane buses and also allow electric cars to use bus lanes for a trial period.

Electric bikes (including e-Cargo bikes) have been part of a wide range of low carbon mobility measures supporting the borough's Low Emission Neighbourhood programme.
