During the COVID 19 pandemic we have seen one in three tenders needing to be recalled e.g. due to technical mistakes, such as the use of proprietary standards within the requirements
Time and costs are particularly high with innovative solutions as procurement offices tend to only buy a service once, there is little to no references available, officers are reliable on biased information from suppliers, the number of (regional) suppliers is low, there is capacity for an in-depth research or the solution has not been tested in a similar environment. As innovative solutions are often (co-) funded by other levels of government, the added requirements create additional complexity.

Importantly, we commit to your success by sharing the risk with you – most of our fee is only payable after you sign the contract with the chosen supplier.

Our Offering
The offer consists of an Application Fee and a Success Fee. Both are dependent on the size of the project/purchase to be executed. The size of the fees is part of the initial contract signed with you – which does not change with the final purchase price.

Creation of a Fact Sheet for solution providers (1 day)
Sign-off on the fact sheet by client
BABLE collecting suppliers based on databases (best practices, companies, products) and research (3 weeks)
Direct engagements and negotiations with the suppliers until contract signature (2 weeks)
Application Fee
3% of the intended purchase price (with a minimum of 2,500 EUR)
Success Fee
(payable when contract is signed)
4% of the intended Purchase price (with a minimum of 3,500 EUR)
