CE3: Cross-border Entrepreneurial Energy Education

When we look at the education in universities today, it is noticeable that the students are lacking an early international orientation. On an international level, there is hardly any effective collaboration. The CE3 project aims to provide the students at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf (HSD), the Fontys University / Centre for Entrepreneurship (CvO) and the Hogeschool Zuyd, with the support of BABLE from Stuttgart, an awareness at an early stage for cross-border entrepreneurship. 

 This is not implemented by a mainstream focus on spin-off companies, but by Student Teams, which are to grow specifically into Student Companies. In the last year Student Teams can manifest themselves in the "company development". The formation of such teams took place unstructured and with a limited view on international entrepreneurship. Therefore, opportunities were missed, and it is necessary to offer a solution to this problem. The essential feature of the CE3 project is to develop a structured approach to help students to develop a to form a professional Student Team and thus to develop the idea to the demonstration of entrepreneurship accelerate. The project focus specifically addresses the energy sector. All universities recognize the large challenges in energy system transformation and the cooperation creates new opportunities.
