We cannot finance those activities solely from existing municipal budgets. Third party grants will play a significant role in leveraging your existing funds and multiply the impact to reach your mission faster.

Timeline
Timelines are heavily dependent on the type of fund – here are some examples:
EUCF (European City Facility) ca. 3 weeks prior to deadline (actual work is 2-3 days but collecting the information on the project from the city will take several weeks)
Regional structural funds 4-6 weeks (normally those have a 10 page-initial concept and again most time is spent on collecting documents and identifying the focus)
Interreg Funds (2-4 months) – highest priority here is to get a cross-regional consortium and the commitments in place
Horizon Funds 4-5 months

Our Offering
The offer consists of an Application Fee and a Success Fee. Both are dependent on the size of funding to be pursued. The size of the fees is part of the contract signed together with you – so the fees are calculated based on the pursued funding and will not change.
We suggest a particular fund that you might pursue by yourselves (or with 1-2 local partners) based on your specific funding needs. We then support you in applying for the funding.

Sign-off on the fact sheet by client
BABLE writes the funding application (2-4 weeks)
Application Fee
3% of the intended funding amount (with a minimum of 2,500 EUR)
Success Fee
(payable when funding is positively judged by funding authority)
4% of the intended funding amount (with a minimum of 2,500 EUR)
We suggest a particular fund that you might pursue with >3 partially non-regional partners based on your funding needs and support you in getting the funding.
