Multimodal Mobility Platform - Halle (Saale)
Challenge / Goal
- Different Apps / Solutions needed to plan trips
- No central platform, where users can find all mobility related infos (solutions & infrastructure)
- No central platform where data is bundled and visualized
- Potential to improve real-time communication with end customers
Solutions
- Creation of a multimodal mobility application that brings together all mobility offers in the city
- The map provides all relevant information to the individual person concerning mobility (e.g. ÖPNV, taxi, car-sharing, parking, e-charging stations, construction sites)
- The map is integrated into the Stadtwerke-App and the homepage, as well as accessible on a touch-screen in the service center
- The control room (Leitstelle) has a back-end that facilitates direct communication of changes and incidents through the map
- The back-end uses AI to automize test generation and multi-channel social media communication (twitter and facebook)
