Solutions
To provide an alternative to cars and taxis, VOI introduced shared dockless electric scooter sharing service in Stockholm. The service caters to first and last mile travel. The solution makes public transport more attractive - as it is easy to reach bus stops, metro stations etc. using a shared E-scooter.
It is a one stop shop solution, where VOI proides the scooters, the app and operates and maintains the scooters. The App is used to find scooters, rent them, pay for them. To charge the E-Scooters, VOI employs a special technique of paying individuals who would like to charge the scooters overnight or when they are low on battery and deploy it at specific locations in the city in the morning. A special app is used for managing the charging.
Voi scooters provide the first real alternatives to car ownership in Stockholm by offering a fun and safe way of travelling the first and last miles in urban environments.
