Challenge / Goal
The Digital Agenda is structured in five axes that frame a total of 26 strategic objectives to be achieved through the development of 116 lines of action .
Axis 1 - Digital Administration: The actions framed in this axis are focused on advancing in the digital transformation and comprehensive modernization of the City Council, promoting: an open, intelligent, inclusive and social digital administration; a new framework of relationship with citizens; cultural change and transformation of the productive and organizational structure; data governance and the use of open data.
Axis 2 - Digital Infrastructure: With this second axis the City Council aims to ensure digital connectivity and provide the entire territory with coverage of new generation networks, facilitating the development of new technologies such as 5G, Yate, blockchain and AI; to have the necessary infrastructure and technological solutions for the digitization of the Administration and the provision of intelligent services; and to promote cloud computing and storage; cybersecurity; and the improvement of resilience.
Axis 3 - Digital Society: The actions included are aimed at promoting the digital empowerment of citizens to build a fairer, more cohesive, inclusive and participatory digital society, based on: training and educating citizens in digital technologies; using technologies to create jobs and promote gender equality and social inclusion; ensuring that technological advances protect citizens' rights; promoting distributed governance; and generating synergies to promote collective intelligence.
Axis 4 - Digital Economy: This axis frames actions that will promote the digital transformation and sustainable competitive advantage of companies in the municipality and the digital empowerment of workers; promote an open urban innovation ecosystem; promote gender equality in the ICT business environment and the environmental sustainability of companies.
Axis 5 - Digital and Sustainable Territory: Finally, this fifth axis promotes the use of digital technologies to achieve the objectives of resilience, digital transition, and prevention and reduction of the impacts of climate change and other risks through: energy transition; sustainable mobility; intelligent management of resources; optimization of waste management; improvement of resilience and security; etc.
Citizen participation
Some of the projects framed in the Agenda are focused on facilitating citizen participation in the decision-making process. For example, Decidim (Let's Decide) Sant Feliu de Llobregat is one of the digital platforms for citizen participation of the City Council of Sant Feliu de Llobregat. A reference space to make a more open, transparent and collaborative city.
Decidim Sant Feliu de Llobregat makes it possible for citizens to organize and make proposals, attend meetings creating deliberative discussions and decide through different forms of voting. To view participatory processes, add proposals, share ideas and participate in debates, citizens must register on the portal.
