Challenge / Goal
The creation of this service was initiated by the mayor of Sandoná, Byron Andrés Zambrano Rosas to enhance the participation of citizens in city related discussionsa nd improve livability of the citizens.
We have customized Citymatica according to the needs of Sandona and provided the city with a solution, which consists of 3 parts: Operator's web-interface, a mobile application for citizens and web-interface for citizens as well. The solution consists of a cloud based platform which enables the city to push information and create initiatives to get the citizens involved.
At the moment citizens of Sandona are provided with the following services through the Citymatica: - Polls & Complaints Processing - Emergency Alarms - Vaccination Calendar - City InMail & Chat - City News - City Payments - City Sites and Objects Reference Info (for tourism) - Medical or other Appointments - City communication campaigns
