EV charging infrastructure in...
A new charging depot with 12 charges has been implemented at a local Park and Ride site to charge 13 new BYD buses . These buses will be deployed on the Centrelink and Ecolink bus routes and operate along the city's new ULEV (Ultra Low Emssion Vehicles) shared lane which when completed in March 2018 will provide bus priority for both electric and biomethane buses and also allow electric cars to use bus lanes for a trial period.

The Parker Project- V2G Services
The project utilized a number of contemporary electric vehicles and V2G DC chargers provided by its industrial partners and used them to carry out a number of tests and demonstrations in PowerLabDK - an experimental platform for power system research.
Further, the project partnered with the world’s first commercial pilot (the Frederiksberg Forsyning V2G hub) where electric vehicles provided grid services.
The project used the above assets to investigate three key topics: grid applications, grid readiness as well as scalability and replicability.

A policy note was made on electric charging for citizens and employees as an answer to the increasing demand of electirc mobility and charging infrastructure. An online request tool for charging infrastructure is available. The city is involved in different initiatives to support a new concept of sharing charging infrastructure and its further mapping options. In 2018, several new charging points were installed in the city, including fast chargers.
