Purposes of data collection and processing by the responsible body and third parties
Cities are asked to provide quantitative data to demonstrate the extent of impact. These will then be compared
to the cities’ baselines and targets, developed as part of the Urban Mobility Assessment Model (UMAM). By analysing at
least 12 of the City Club cities’ status quo and developing roadmaps to improve (Business Plan 2020: KIC Added Value
Activity (KAVA) ID: 20008) cities are enabled to accelerate their strategic plans and to improve the life of their
citizens faster. Output/impact: baseline analysis (reports) of at least 12 City Club cities to inform decisions on
future improvement projects.
Scores of the assessment & roadmaps will be presented and handed over in report
format individually to the cities. Parts of each UMAM report (i.e. per city) will be published and disseminated on
the web and via other EIT Urban Mobility communication channels (e.g. social media, newsletter, conferences).
Publications of the results and outcome presentations to the general public need to be agreed with the specific city
representative.
The assessment and the report writing will be supported by representatives of the consortium
Partners of the KAVA: University College London, Automotive Technology Centre of Galicia (CTAG), CARNET Barcelona,
BABLE smartcities.
